All four khulafa’ had beautiful interactions with the angels, but Companion Uthman ibn Affan’s (ra) connection with them was unique. Though he was known for his recitation of the Qur’an and his giving hands, it was his haya’—modesty and shyness—that was so unparalleled that even the angels changed their demeanor around him.
