Yaqeen was born out of a need in our community—the need to address the topics that induce doubt, that stunt our growth as a community, and that contribute to the growing population of the unreached and disenfranchised. Over the past two years, Yaqeen has shown that growth and progress can be reached by a simple formula: tawakkul (or trust in Allah that our mission will be beneficial), and organization. With these two tools, the Yaqeen team has been able to work tirelessly to address the most pressing needs of the people in our community, and it shows.
Join us for Yaqeen Institute’s 2nd annual banquet dinner, “Making Principled Progress”, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Galleria, on November 10th, 2018 at 6:30pm to celebrate the progress we have already made and envision what a practical future with Yaqeen will look like.
