In her presentation at the Yaqeen/MAS Academic Conference 2017, Yaqeen Fellow Roohi Tahir brings to the foreground the Islamic discourse on repentance with a look at the core beliefs regarding tawbah in Islam, along with its distinct features, particularly when viewed in light of more conventional interpretations of the word “repentance.”

Fellow | Roohi Tahir has a BS with honors in Computer Engineering from Boston University and is a graduate of the BMAIS higher Bridge to Masters diploma and currently pursuing a Masters degree in Islamic Studies from the International Open University.
