Jibreel (as) approached the Prophet ﷺ in a dream, showing him a green silk cloth with an image of Aishah (ra). Jibreel (as) tells the Prophet ﷺ that she will be his wife in this dunya and the hereafter due to this marriage proposal from above. Aishah (ra) goes on to be the joy of the Prophet’s ﷺ life and gives us more narrations of the angels in the Prophet’s ﷺ presence than any of the Companions.
